Need help with upgrading my PC.

I'm Currently trying to upgrade my pc as it has become outdated, i've been looking at parts and i think i've found some of the ones i need.

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Cerberus Advanced
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z370-P
Power Supply: Corsair TX650M
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000 DC 16GB

So my questions are:
1. Will all these fit into my current case which is the Fractal Design Meshify c TG.
2. Which CPU would you guys recommend for these parts?

im using it for gaming, currently looking to upgrade it since i'm hyped for AC: Odyssey and can barely run Origins

There's no reason to replace your PSU unless the old one is several years old or has shown to be questionable. Your case shouldn't be an issue in terms of internal size to hold what you're switching in to replace the old setup, either.

My PSU is quite old now, i bought it back in 2013 i think, But thanks for the help. Now i only need to find a CPU

Knowing that, perhaps it might not be such a bad idea to swap out for a newer and potentially more efficient unit. You can always keep that 750 as a backup. It's ultimately your choice.

Also, any reason why you chose the EVGA instead of the ASUS?

EVGA is a good brand; alas, so is ASUS. It's more personal experience and preference than anything else. That said, I'm an MSI guy. To each their own.

EVGA is one of the best GPU you can buy. All the 1070i come clocked at 1.61 so the only difference is overclocking headroom. If you arent planning to mess with it, no reason to pay an,extra $90.

And you said you still didn't know what CPU you were gonna get. If getting a non K series you want 2666 RAM, with a K model you want 3200. 3000 is mainstream for AMD Ryzen. Just trying to help you out. I spent 2500 on my last build I'm only going to suggest great parts at great prices.

A 4770K is still a pretty capable CPU, and when overclocked should be roughly on par with an i5-8400. Particularly if you're gaming on a 60Hz screen, or at a higher resolution like 1440p, then it might be a good idea to just focus on the graphics card upgrade for now, and take care of the rest a bit further down the line. A faster CPU is not likely to make much of a difference in nearly all of today's games, and at higher resolutions you would probably be better off putting the money toward an even higher-end graphics card, or just saving it for a system upgrade perhaps a year or two from now, when Intel should have their 10nm CPUs out.

Cryoburner is right. If you want to upgrade the whole platform then u can but your processor is more than capable.

To expand on that a bit, here's a video from Hardware Unboxed where the 4770K is benchmarked against Intel's current CPU lineup. You'll notice that there isn't all that much of a difference between even an 8700K and an overclocked 4770K, and at higher resolutions any advantage evaporates almost entirely, even when paired with a 1080 Ti. With a somewhat less enthusiast-level card like a 1070 Ti, the performance differences between these CPUs would be even smaller. In my opinion, your CPU is arguably still good for a couple years or more, unless you are trying to push the absolute highest frame rates possible on a 1080p 144Hz screen, and are willing to spend double what you need to for some relatively small performance gains.

At resolutions higher than 1080p, you would likely see greater performance gains by just moving up to a 1080 Ti. Or wait a couple months, and see what Nvidia's next generation of graphics cards have to offer.
