well i think your gpu setup is gonna be just fine but i think if you upgrade your gpu your cpu will be a bottleneck here look at these

cpu:

$120 the 6300 is better the the 6200 and 10$ cheaper so thats a plus i actual have this processor and i never exceed 20% or so playing shift 2

Mobo:

same one the other guy mentioned great mobo for the price with 2 x16 pci 2.0 slots so should run great with your graphics card

if you want to upgrade your gpus later on i would probably run with a 7950 great card for the money about 240$ but if you dont upgrade your cpu this gpu WILL no doubt be bottlenecked
It's about time for the graphics card or cpu/mobo, one or the other at that price. Here is my suggestion:

For CPU/mobo:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6200 3.8GHz 6-Core Processor ($128.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($82.55 @ Newegg)
Total: $211.53
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
