need help with user permissions

i was lucky enough to build a very nice computer, but my girlfriend uses my computer. i have windows firewall turned off and i have absolutely no anti virus (i don't plan on getting any). i need to make sure her user cannot have any write permission whatsoever. i would like for here user to only use internet explorer and that's it.

i was also wondering if it would be possible to make a 40gb partition that i would load a separate copy of win7 on. there's two problems with that though. i need to make it to where she can get to that user easily without making her restart the pc and pressing f12 or whatever to change it. is there a way to make it pop up as another user and windows would place that user to the partion. also i need my main drive to be invisible to her user.

( she has her own computer btw so i'm not being Hitler)
