[SOLVED] need help with video editing software

What do the majority of you guys use to edit videos and all that juicy stuff, its not like back in the day where you had live tryouts now people just want clips, so not looking for anythnig super fancy something easy to use to throw some clips together for recruitment purposes.

Also is there a free place i could host said clips or would i need like a youtube channel?

im looking for something very simple load the video and be able to make clips from the videos i dont need nothin fancy

i tried adobe2020 but that got me confused ive never edited videos before

I use one called OpenShot, It was free and seems simple enough. The GoPro one is simple too, and free, think it's called Quick or something like that.
