Need help with Watts listed on Motherboard.

Hi Everyone,

I am sorry for the confusing title above but basically I was curious on one small thing. My Motherboard states it supports up to 140W CPU but I know for a fact the AMD FX 8350 exceeds this on some of the reviews I have seen.

What issues would I experience if this is the case?

The motherboard support is based on the official TDP of the processor (125W for the FX 8350), not the system power consumption listed by reviews.
