need help with what graphic card is comp

the specs of my pc are as given :
amd anthlon 64x3 dual core processcor 4600=2.40 ghz
and the motherboard is ecs nettle3 version 2.2

I just want to run DOTA 2 on my pc so plz help me out

Get a r7 360, or look on Craigslist of eBay for a used card.
