Question Need help with what to upgrade

Was wondering if I should upgrade cpu or gpu first. I’m using a 2070 card and an i7 6700k.

Definitely your CPU, your GPU is newer in terms of release date. A 2070 is only 1 generation behind while your CPU is quite far back, about 6 at the time of writing this. I would wager your CPU is bottlenecking your performance on specific applications if you are an intense gamer.
