I got this almost five years old laptop (Samsung PN-R530) and I decided to format it, when I got it I went through with a factory reset or what its called and I gave an attempt to do the same. First off, I got a reset laptop with a user lock, I need the password to get in. (its unknown 4 years old) Then I tried to boot from my CD, doesn't work. it is locked in press a key to boot. I tried to force boot which didn't help.
So, after all this I decided to crack my password or bypass it, I downloaded "Windows Password Reset" and stuck my USB inside. It booted but never started, froze at some windows xp screen.
What the heck am I supposed to do? I need help guys!
Sorry for bad English and thanks for help. :??:

That was not my intention, I just want to know if there is any solution to how I can install a fresh windows on that laptop, it doesn't respond to anything I've usually done. I just mentioned that I tried to do it, not that I needed help to crack the password.

If you have a hard copy of W7 on disk (usb might also work depending on your laptop) then boot and go into your bios and select 'boot from disk' or 'usb'. Reboot and follow install instructions.

Well, I've already tried that, and my message is when its trying to boot: "Boot from AHCI CD-ROM :" so what may be the error? Is it because its Win7 Ultimate, that shouldn't be a problem, right?
