There is no short way to describe my problem so bear with me also sorry if my grammar might be crap and if i miss spell anything anyway I have read several posts and guides for various software's and nothing have worked what i want to do is to View all my videos from my pc on my TV and in the future add a NAS and maybe steam link to play games it seems something somewhere is wrong because when i tried Playstation media server it worked on my PS3 but not on my tv and when i used Plex it found my pc but it said it was offline none of the other softwares didnt work at all due to very low speeds on wireless 15 - 25 mbps i will soon upgrade my router but i have not decided which to get yet its either ASUS RT-AC68U or ASRock G10 suggestions? but i still want this to work asap
i can only assume there is a setting i am missing somewhere i dont know if it is in windows or on the router it self my tv support DLNA i dont know what software would be best for optimal quality either i have 100/100 mbps so it should be fine and i want the software to preferably be able to play / upscale to 4K not really needed but its preferable and easy to use and navigate through tv remote if possible
