Need Help with X-Star Monitor setup (with video included)

Greetings everyone.

This is my 1st time on this forum, and I need serious help with the X-Star monitor. I've owned the Perfect Pixel X-STAR DP2710 LED since last December, along with a new custom built computer, but I never set both of them up, until March 15th for the 1st time. While the PC itself turns on and seems to work fine, the monitor, when turned on, there is never any picture display, but just a black screen, while the blue power light is blinking throughout. What I'm including in this thread, is a video I recorded that I originally showed to dream-seller on Ebay, and the specs of my custom made PC, from Magic-Micro (also from ebay). So can anybody please help me out with this? Thank you.

Ok, it's the only monitor I own, and I only have 1 video card, which is the GeForce GT610, and I only own 1 DVI-D cable (which came with the monitor). Plus everything that is hooked up on the motherboard is alright, after checking. But still no screen display.

Thanks to those who helped. It was the PC itself that was the problem, due to shipping damage before. So the CPU had to be reseated, but it's all ok now.
