Problem #1: DUAL MONITOR ISSUE
http://imageshack.com/a/img923/375/A6BtlR.jpg here is the screenshot with the problem I am having trying to display 2 monitors. I don't know why it thinks I even have 2 plugged in anymore because I recently unplugged one. So one of the problems I have with this is that my main monitor is not always one with the icons which I am unsure of how to fix. Another problem is that my intel graphics options still shows up (check problem #2 about 4k) and my intel integrated graphics seems to constantly conflict with my graphics card which is a XFX R9 290 with the latest updates.

Problem #2: 4K DISPLAY ISSUE
So when I hook up my Seiki 4k (SE50UY04) to my graphics card, the screen displays, but is not scaled properly which I have tried to fix. Also the screen does not actually display windows that I try to open. However, when I plug the HDMI cable into my mobo, the screen displays properly. I have tried to update the firmware on the Seiki TV.

CPU: I7 4770k
GPU: R9 290

Any help with these issues is much apprecated.

Hello,

Im not sure why the Crimson software isnt detecting screens 1 and 2 correctly, but you can also use display options in windows to perform these basic functions for now. If the Intel graphics is showing up, that usually means you have a monitor plugged into it.

Your Seiki is limited to 30hz until you get a proper 60hz HDMI to DP adapter since Radeon GPU's dont support HDMI 2.0 yet.

And the last issue is scaling. Go into the AMD Radeon settings, choose the Display tab> Click Additional Settings in the crimson drivers, which takes you back to the legacy Catalyst interface, choose my digital flat panels, Scaling Options, then move the slider to your hearts content. If you have any other issues, please let us know.

Try this to fix the drivers if you still have issues.

Tutorial for proper driver installation.

1-Load windows with only your primary graphics card plugged in.
2-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
3-Download and Run the 15.11 (or latest) drivers from AMD.com (Omega drivers do not have Uninstall built in, you have to do it through add/remove, which is okay)
4-Choose to Uninstall/express (may not be available in newest version, download an older version) the existing drivers, and AMD folder
5-Restart the computer.
6-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
7-Run the 15.11 drivers from AMD.com
8-Choose to Install/Express the drivers
9-Restart. Confirm settings are working in windows.
10-Shutdown and add 2nd/3rd cards for Xfire.
11-Respond to this ticket if you have any further questions
** If you have nvidia drivers on your computer, you might need to run the Uninstall feature of Nvidias driver as well.
