[SOLVED] Need help "your connection to this site is not private"

hello not sure if this is the right section to post this but i need help with these messages that i cant go into the websites

this is very strange message popping up i cant barely go on any sites it gives me this message and askes me to log in i never had this problem before

tried internet explorer typed google.com same

everything seems fine this problem started couple days ago so i dont know what else to do

and when i was looking for some information about this issue i try to open new link it gives me
400 Bad Request
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request.

The url is http:// not https://, that is what is causing the non private error
