When I log onto my computer sometimes and try and connect to the internet it tells me that" a computer on this network has the same ip address" whats going on and how do I find out if someone is mirroring/ghosting my computer?

-Do you have only one PC on your network?
-What about multiple Network Cards?
- check the config of the NIC TCP/IP Stack - to insure no conflict there
