Need help

I already asked this question on Network topic but nobodus is reading nothing there and i REALLY need help and quick.
This is my problem. I have two ISP passwords and im using one. But when i want want to change ISP username and password i cant. I enter 192.168.1.1 in web adress field and modem password is Admin and username Admin but i cant change ISP password and username. Why? My modem is Huawei HG520b. When i change password little green light is not flashing. Sorry for my english

this may be the wrong forum for this question but it would sound like the company distributed your modem may have locked the ISP username and passwords field i would contact your ISP.

you will need a free account but you should be able to download your Firmware from the manufacturer site or possibly from your ISP.
