Need Help ..!!!

I have bought a new PC yesterday and the configuration is as follows:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
Motherboard: Gigbyte 990XA UD3
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212x
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X
Case: Cooler Master K380
PSU: Corsair RM650

Currently I'm playing Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and it is giving a very decent performance... But after playing 30 minutes, there is a noise in the CPU(or in the CPU Cooler Fan) and after 2/3 minutes my system gets restarted. Can you help me on this. Waiting eagerly for your suggestions...... Peace....!!!!!!

Make sure the 212 EVO is seated properly before you do anything else!

use msi afterburner to turn the gpu fan on max to see if that the sound. the use 3 party program like speedfan to turn the cpu fan up to max. if those are not the sound the last one is the power supply fan.
