Hi! So i recently finished up my new pc build.
Specs: Gskill tridentz RGB 32gb 3866mhz
Asus strix 1080ti oc
Asus z370-e mobo
Nzxt kraken x62 rev 2
I7 8700k
Corsair ax850i
Now for the problem that has me a bit confused and a tad bit stressed. So everything turned on i posted went into BIOS. Great ! Then of course i set the xmp profile to the one i needed i hit save and restart. But now the restart is taking longer. Goes to give me a yellow dram light on my mobo. And it keeps trying to restart until eventually it does. I get back into bios and notice that none of my settings took effect. I updated the bios, tried again and still no luck. I still havent installed windows, but i doubt that is involved in it. The strange thing though is the settings are all enabled theyre just not taking effect ??? Can anyone help me out !
