Question Need help

hey I recently purchased a rtx 2060 and I don’t have the card that was recently in there which was a gtx 1070 and I can’t unistall the drivers whenever I do it says I have to restart and then the drivers automatically install again so I don’t know what to do please help

Use DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and choose "Clean and shutdown" option. When it finishes and computer shut's down, change GPUs. Windows should install just a basic driver for new card that you can update later on.

Uninstall previous graphics drivers in safe mode with DDU.
Then reinstall latest drivers for new GPU after restart.

That's the recommended process yes. Use in Safe Mode.

I did that and i download GeForce experience and it says I have version 4.17.71 already installed

What sound ? Did you switch cards after using DDU and turning computer off ?

My friend had the same problem. He managed to fix the problem by doing the DDU as stated earlier in this thread in safe mode without internet.
but the thing that fixed his problem was that when finishing the nvidia he chose the advanced options and put a cross in the box
