Ryzen 3 1200 (my friendd gave me)
HyperX 8GB 2400Mhz
Thermaltike Litepower 550W (second hand)
GT 1030 (a spare gt 1030 from the house)
120GB SSD

Highly suspect.

Even though the GT1030 and Ryzen 3 1200 combo will not draw much power at all, the ThermalTake Litepower units are of very poor quality and this could be causing the issue.

If the unit is secondhand the PSU may be old or abused previously.

I would buy a new PSU.

yea I it might be the PSU I was suspecting it was the Powersupply
