Question NEED HELP

I have a R7 3800x, g.skill 32 gigs of 3600 ddr4 ram, x570 tuf gaming wifi plus, 2080s from evga, I went to swap out the wraith for the deep cool aio and also swapped the psu from a 1000w bronze to a hx850 plat from corsair not to mention the cpu was ripped out of socket from the wraith, I went to put all 4 sticks in and the DRAM light shines yellow so I found out only my 3rd slot works and doesn't clock over 2200...I have no idea anymore

Check CPU for bent or broken pins.

Alright ill check it out..i also put an RMA request in and if I don't get it I may just go Intel

Nobody will honor warranty for product damaged by user.

I found the issue out..i guess my motherboard shorted out
