[SOLVED] Need Help!

I got a z77 v-lx deal but the seller told me there is one of the bins on the socket that a very small part of it is cut off, but he told me it is working fine and all the ram slots are working fine with dual channel should i get it or not and will this effect overclocking or anything?

i did some researches and found the pin was SB_DQS#[7] would that affect anything?

did some more researches and found that this pin is related to ddr3 and that means the ram but if the seller stress test the ram and it passes is it good?

Update : got a z77 d3h with bent pins but bent back the pins and everything is working
