[SOLVED] Need help building PC

I'm an Indian who's still in school, and need a PC asap as my old one broke. I've been an Xbox boy till now and I want to ascend.

I have a really low budget of 550 usd for getting a processor, motherboard, ram, power supply and graphics card as I already have a 7200 rpm hdd and a case.( could push it up a bit, the budget I meant).

Requirements: Ik I'm expecting too much but I need a PC that's gonna last for 5 years as I'll be done with College by then. I play esports titles mostly like Valorant, Apex legends. I'm not into single player games but will play some of them like Cyberpunk and Control.

Also I'm planning to upgrade my parts like RAM and Graphics card in a year, year and a half , OR If I'm getting a college placement far from home, I will be buying a laptop. My parents have saved some money for the laptop OR the upgrades and are not willing to use it now.

So for the components:

Ryzen 3 3100 (115$) or ryzen 3 3300x (176$) ? (whichever one lasts longer)

B450 (108$) or B550 (128$) ? ( cuz the Ryzen 3000 series would go out of it's league in 2 to 3 years and b450 might not support ryzen 6000 or future series)

8gb 3000mhz RAM(33$)

GTX 1650 super (190$) or GTX 1660 (217$) ? ( It's gotta last a minimum of 1.5 years before I get a new graphics card) or should I wait for the Amd big Navi release?( I don't think budget ones will come out soon)

Will a Corsair CX550 or CX650 (both around 70$) be enough for an RTX 3060 in the future or better.

Note - Don't worry a lot about prices as I will be going to an local computer store and prices there will be lower by 10-15$.

and also I have a 720p Monitor now, so should I upgrade to a 144hz 1080p monitor now (outside of the 550$ budget) or upgrade to a cheap 1080p monitor now and upgrade to 144hz after getting a better graphics card like RTX 3060. Like can it cause screen tearing if I get 80 fps and not 144?

Solution
Well if you do not plan on doing streaming it would be a fine choice. If you do plan to do any streaming you would want either the 2600 or the 1660. I just checked benchmarks out so I would say the 3300x would be fine.

Those components work well for you. 1080p would definitely be worth it, 144hz is pretty necessary for esports titles. 16 gigs of RAM is recommended, you should probably go for that, it's only $30 more. The Ryzen 5 2600 would work well for those games, with more cores, and it's cheap, around $140.

Would Ryzen 5 2600 last for 2-3 years from now?
and also will there be no screen tearing if I use the gtx 1650 super with 144hz monitor? The ryzen 5 2600 here is the same price as the 3300x

I would go with the Ryzen 2600 mainly for the more cores. I would think the 1650 super would be fine for 144hz display if it is 1080p. If that is the case then it should be fine. You could probably look that up for I can not at the moment.

but the Ryzen 3 3300x outperforms the 2600 by quite a bit, is 2 cores worth the 12+ fps drop? Thank you for the reply btw

I am not planning to stream until I get the new GPU next year so I'll be fine with a 3300X right?
