Need Help

Hey,
Just bought a new video card, but I can't see out of it unless I'm in safe mode, problem is, I can't install its driver from safe mode. This circle I can't get out of, how do I make the video card operational in normal Windows? Thanks.

Will it boot normally with the old card/chip?
Did you uninstall the old card/chip's drivers?
You could try driver sweeper but it might not help...

Fixed it, just went into BIOS and boot from output on mobo, then fix drivers and done
