Need helping asap!!

It seems you are talking about 2 different things. Usually dedicated video memory has to do with onboard graphics and not a separate discreet graphics card.

Give us your full system specifications and we can give you a detailed answer. As of now, based upon what you have given us you cannot increase it.

Which GPU do you have, specifically?

For a discreet GPU, there's no way to increase VRAM - there may be variants of a card (2GB or 4GB), but you cannot change one to the other.

AMD Radeon R7 M440
And its shows like this:
Approx. total memory = 6084 mb
Display Memory = 2048 mb
Shared Memory = 4045 mb
My processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @2.70GHz 2.90GHz
Ram = 8gb
Windows 10 64bit
And i know its only using 2gb bcoz while playing a game lets say Assasins creed origin it shows total video memory =2048mb
any help would be appreciated thank you.

your laptop does not have any "dedicated" memory for the GPU it only takes memory from your system RAM. if you look at the specs you posted your will see has a total shared memory of 4045MB which is 4GB

That card only has 2GB of VRAM, "Shared Memory" is it + your non-graphics memory.
