Question Need HTPC Case Recommendation (ATX PSU)

Need some help choosing a case that can fit horizontally but also use a stand ATX PSU (most seem to use SFX). I recently purchased a MasterBox Q300L because it had an option to flip horizontal but its too wide for my entertainment center shelf. The Thermaltake Core G3 design is perfect, yet it only allows SFX. Just a little wider to allow for an ATX PSU would be ideal.

Hopefully some of these requirements can help narrow it down:

Must haves:

• Able to lay horizontal
• Less than 8" wide (or high horizontal)
• Micro ATX mobo
• Window
• Front can hold 2+ 120mm fans (preferably see through for LEDs)
• Filters

Not many cases that fit your criteria. Those few i found are all Lian-Li cases with premium price, e.g:
