If the Omega ATX-550 can really provide its claimed 550 Watts then it will be more than sufficient. The big question is, can it really supply the power output claimed on its label?
That 750 is a low power card, that power supply is enough. It's a crappy power supply, so who knows how long it'll last, but it will work. If/when the power supply dies it won't be because of that card, it'll be because of the low quality of the power supply.

It will probably work but replacing it won't hurt as it looks like a garbage unknown brand psu.

Im running a GT 9500 ATM and it's said it uses 50w and I use a i3 2120 with a DVD drive and single HDD so i think ti should be enough maybe?
