Need info on old MoBo

The motherboard on my second computer recently fried because of faulty power supply.
It was an old socket A GA-7VAX http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Spec.aspx?ProductID=1392.

I'm currently trying to find a new, cheap one to replace it, but I don't know much about old motherboard models.

It needs to support the following:

-AGP slot for my ATI 9800 Pro 128MB
-CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2100+ (although I wouldn't mind buying a MoBo with other cpu included)
-three slots for my DDR 333 PC 2700 RAM
-onboard sound (could also buy a cheap one if none included)
-integrated lan network system

Any suggestions ?

I just got a deal for a 761GX-M754 (V1.0)

It doesn't have an AGP slot for my current card, but I can manage.

try to find an Abit NF7-s. It's a great board for socket A.

And the only hope of finding any decent Socket A motherboard "new" is to search the liquidator sites.
