Need info on Radeon HD5450 Silence 1 GB

Hey guys Ive done plenty of searching and i think ive found most of what I need, but basically I bought this Acer AX3400G U4802 super cheap, and I know cheaper isnt always better but I would like to know if I would be able to use this graphics card Radeon HD5450 silence 1GB with this computer?
