need info on which FREE antivirus/security to install

getting a computer (thats used, it was my moms) just got it back from getting it all cleaned up (inside and out) got all the bugs and stuff removed so it should work like new.

any advice on witch antivirus/security to install would be greatly appreciated !!!!!

AVG-Free, has an active email scanner and is pretty good.

I don't believe there are any marketed specifically at witches. Just use a normal one like the mere mortals.

I use Avast free and Herd Protect together, (both of these are free).
Herd Protect doesn't clash with Avast.

P.S Windows Defender is also very good, and it is built in for free with Windows 7 and above.

Bitdefender free is another good option. For 2nd layer security there is also Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit along with herdprotect. 2nd layer can all be run together but you can only pick 1 primary antivirus.
