i got tv tuner (winfast 2000 xp) n when i compare with real tv, it seems lack of fps, so in example, when i read a newsbar on cnn, the newsbar movement isn't as smooth as on tv. can someone tell me, is it a normal thing when u watch tv on pc? or is it bcoz the tuner?, because my spec is fast enough, 2.8mhz, 512 ram
