Hello

I think that you can do better :
- A so expansive OC mobo, without any cooler for CPU ?
- Only an i5 4690K with this budget ?
- For SLI, it's now or never, on future (2 years), the GTX 980 will be already outdated, and non available (Like a GTX 770 now, which have been released on May 2013)

Honorable
overspending on motherboard, the msi gaming 5 will do just as well if you want 2 way sli in the future.
furthermore if you're going for sli in the future get an 850W - the xfx XTR 850W is a good place to start.
with the savings of switching motherboard you can get a 250GB SSD samsung evo.
other than that seems good.

to be honest i really like your build but i cannot afford to go over 1550 :/ if i take one video card out is it still worth ? and can i just upgrade them later and keep everything in the setup ?

- Yes, you can take only one card (The GTX 970 have 90/95 percents of perfs of the GTX 980)
- As you can drop 8 GB of RAM, and the HDD, to add them later (Keep the SSD, to avoid to reinstall W8.1)
