Need instal disk for anything above Windows 7 ultimate .

All new computers come with pre-installed operating systems, therefore, repairs and new installs from the o.s disk is becoming a thing of the past, and it's putting some of us in very difficult situations. Does anyone have a Windows o.s. disk, and can I get a copy ? Or even a Windows 10 free upgrade. I can't get online until I repair my computer

As @bicycle_repair_man says, your request sounds like a request for a pirated copy of the OS. You can get the software, without a license key from Microsoft. Anything else is not allowed on this board.
