need internet access on my windows 10 tablet p.c

hi, i have been trying to access internet on my windows 10 tablet pc with a sim card ,but i cant .And i have tried the alternatives on this page and got this message 'The routing and remote access service on local computer started and then stopped.Some services stopped automatically if they are not being used by other services or programs . can you please help ?

It's a #click_WIB_1008G.32G
I tried the solutions given to someone with a similar problem on the tomshardware website.

I can't find anything called a "#click_WIB_1008G.32G" if thats model number.

I had seen that name in searches, I looked at all the numbers you gave me before.

You might be best asking them, as its exclusive to them so limited pool of results on google. Very little support for it, no drivers or anything.

Meaning I can't setup it's apn because that's what i think it wants

I tried most of them .I get a message saying ."Can't connect to this network , Enter an APN and try again ". By the way how to create a APN profile?

most of the advice is for Microsoft Win 10 mobile, I guess you haven't got it?

K I get it now .by the way where can I go register to get information needed to when adding APN on the device.

register to get what info? the details for sim? expect it comes from people you got sim from?

I have to say I never done this before so a little unsure
