need IPS monitor recommendations

I went with this monitor from Asus VP239H-P from BHphoto cost 141$ with tax (tax only NJ/NY)

I'm in the market for an IPS monitor. IPS because word has it those carry the best picture quality. response time not too important.

That said requirements are
-Under 200$
-Best picture quality possible

extra credit....
-display port
-high refresh rate
-taco making ability

The one I linked is from the PB series (professional business) which is a bit higher quality than the VP series (value professional) but visually they will be fairly similar.

I did not know that, thanks! I think i'll gonna go value professional. I think I can live with that, especially comming from a TN monitor made in 2008
