DDR4-3600MHz at the very least. For 2021, you should look into Noctua's or Arctic's thermal paste. As for the rest of the build. You're golden! Mind if I ask why you're going with a 10th gen and not the latter gen? Cost wise or lack of parts access?

little of both I suppose. Is it worth the extra money?

The difference between 3200Mhz and 3600Mhz for Intel 10/11 gen cpu's is nill hence the reason 3200 is what you normally see recommended for those builds. AMD on the other hand is more memory dependant so they pretty much need that higher clocked memory in order to gain more FPS. The bigger question is what's with the older 10th gen set up in your build and why the $440 motherboard for what I presume is a gaming build.

btw what country are you located?

Turn the power limits off in the bios and this set up will get you similar numbers as the 11700K but for a heck of a lot cheaper. With the money saved you can get a larger SSD or a better video card such as one of the RTX 30XX series cards. This board comes with Realtek 1200S audio codec along with 20 PCIe lanes.

Intel Core i7-11700F $319.99

A better look at that board.
