Need larger hard drive for Xbox 360 E

I recently bought a new xbox for my son. It only has 4G of memory. He plays alot of games, his old xbox 360 had 250Gb of memory. It sucks that you have to pay more now for additional memory. Can you recommend a decent size hard drive for me?

The bigger the better in this case, they're not too expensive.
