Need link to AMD Catalyst 12.1 Hotfix for Windows 7 64-bit

Hi. Common issue: windows 7 doesn't recognize my videocard (HD3650) because it's AGP. AMD has a hotfix for this but I can't find it on their website anymore. I did a forum search and in old posts the links don't work anymore. Searching the internet the closest I could find was this:

But it does not have the hotfix for 64bit Win7/Vista. Does anyone have a link I can trust?

I'm not sure what you mean by enabling drivers in windows updates. I did do 100% off all the important and recommended updates. Windows updated my audio driver properly and some other drivers too.
