need MOBO, RAM, and CPU for $400

For my first ever build I already have a CX500 PSU, Carbide 300R Case, and a 3TB HDD.

I am looking for RAM, a Mobo, and a CPU for 400 dollars.

I want it to have some decently powerful performance and to be very upgradeable...

Any ideas???

They don't which limits you to either an Intel Haswell or AMD Richland/Kaveri hardware.

Which would include a AMD Kaveri 7700K a motherboard and 8GB of DDR3-2133 this would be faster on graphics immediately with ok CPU performance. This runs $350 you could also upgrade that to a 7850K (second link) and run $367 for a bit better graphics.

This is a I5-4570 with an Asus motherboard and 8GB of ran similar to the AMD setup but with a faster CPU and given Intel not so good Graphics. This will border on the edge of your price limit though.

That setup will be better than having any integrated graphics from your processor.
