You're in a bit of a tight spot with this one. Remember, you're asking a lot for not much money. However, I think you're in luck. I've found this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130897, Which has great reviews. It also currently only costs $56. It's got two slots for DDR4 ram, which will probably cost more than $30 if you go for a 2X4 configuration. However I did find this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820156108 . It costs $14.99 at the time of posting but is probably absolute garbage. I'd recomend instead going with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233982 . It's a 1X8 configuration so you'll have an extra slot on the Motherboard free if you ever want to upgrade and costs $30.99.

Don't forget to buy the rest of your build along with this (Cpu cooler, Case, PSU!)

thank you, i would rather get a 2x4gb in case one goes bad, i could go to $35-40 for it. Also i have a psu and i thought my cpu comes with a cooler. for my case im using my current old one (hp 500B microtower) i know its old but im pretty sure it will work?

Okay, then I'd get the 4 gig version of the memory I reccomended and buy 2 of them: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233980

$23 seems a little too cheap, are you sure its good?

I can't be sure... It is on the cheap side. Remember thought that you do want cheep ram if it's going to fit in your budget. Corsair is a great brand and newegg customer service is excellent so if you do get a dead stick you'll be fine

Here's some ram that I have in my build and is great, but It's a little more expensive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231923

Here's a search for cheaper DDR4 2X4 ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100007611%20601190328%2050001459%2050008476%2050011776%20600006069
