Need more 10-1 pin connectors

I just got a new motherboard but I don’t have enough 10-1 pin slots. Is there an adapter, converter, or splitter I can get so I have enough. The cables look like this

That looks like a USB cable for a USB header.

You can get a PCI-E Usb card, if you get the right one it'll have a header on it.

that looks like a 9-pin USB but is not, not enough wires to the block, USB would never work.
What is on the other end of the wire?

One of them is for usb ports on the front panel, and another is for a card reader.

Just plug it on one of your motherboard's 10-1 pin (USB2.0) connector and it will expand to three 10-1 pin connectors + two additional USB2.0 ports. You can put this anywhere inside your case as it has magnetic mounting.

That's not a USB or Firewire or HD Audio header plug as there aren't enough wires, except for a single USB.
It's also not a Serial port header for a COM port as the indexing nubbin is on the same side as the blind pin.
It could be an AC97 plug that leads to the front audio jacks of the case.
Are you sure that's where the wire leads to?
