Need more USB 2.0 headers for inside my case?

I need at least two more usb 2.0 headers like in my motherboard to connect two more things. I know there are pcie usb adapters but they all have the connections on the outside of the case and I need them to connect stuff on the inside. Is there any other adapters or will I have to somehow run cables from inside my pc to the outside i/o? Thanks!
