Hi I just built a pc and I have an msi z390 gaming carbon pro and I have occupied all the usb 2.0 Hubs on the motherboard which is why I don’t have room to connect my h500m case front panel usb Hub to the motherboard to control the rgb fans of the case through software. Is there a usb hub splitter I can use to resolve this issue ?

Yes you can, I use a USB 3.0 hub and I use it to connect my external hard drives and other stuffs. Never had any problems
