Need Motherboard Recommendations please!

Ok guys so I need a z87 board that can run Sli but still be able to fit an after market sound card (creative sounds titanium etc.)

I know that the z87-pro can handle this but I originally wanted to buy the z87-a and am not sure if the sound card will fit in there with sli

also wanted to see if you guys had suggestions for other boards that might look better / save me more money

4. MSI Z87-G45 Gaming (dont reccomend but still a good option)

issues in sli with the external sound card

I'm not an audiophile, but the Hero has great sound as is, and no problem with SLI, I've got a pair of 780s in mine, also OCs great and can handle any DRAM you want to run
