Need new 2 tb HDD

I have an SSD for my OS and a handful of games but need more room. Planing on storing more games like BF4, Witcher Series, recording gameplay and other video files. Would any of these work?

You definentaly want the WD Black.
The barracuda has a 15% failure rate and the WD Green is 5400RPM compared to 7200RPM. So the Black is far faster and more reliable.

I owned a Seagate HDD like 4 years ago and it died after 6 months of use. I just thought by now after a couple of years later they'd be better quality.

Ehhh, it a grey area. I myself have had a shitty HDD from Seagate and would never buy another. Even though the WD Black is more expensive, I can promise you it won´t fail. That thing has a miniscule failure rate and performs great for a HDD

Is there any noticeable performance loss between the green and black HDD?

Yes, the green is a decent amount slower. If you want to launch games reasonably quick then a Green is not for you. Although I couldn't imagine it being more than 5secs slower
