Need new-computer-building help

So I'm ordering a new computer soon. I can figure out how to put all the hardware together (but if you have advice go ahead) but I need to know what I'm gonna have to do with my hard drive. I'm getting a new mobo, CPU, GPU and RAM but keeping the hard drives.

So will I have to whipe my hard drive cklean and re-install everything? If so, how do I do that? Step by step instructions would be nice.

Anything I should/need to do before I install the new hardware, after I install new hardware, ect. Anything and everything you got I'd love to hear.
