Need New Monitor

hello I just received my xbox one x and now I need a 4k monitor to go with it I'm so confused on what I need on the monitor, I have heard I need 4k and hdr10 with 30bit to be compatible with the xbox one x?? any monitor suggestions would be greatly appreciated I'm looking for no more than 28inch in size and my budget is around £300
