Hello, recently i had to change my graphics card cause the older one died, i bought a gtx1070 but now im in need of changing also the motherboard, cpu and ram. I live in a "third world country" so i dont want to buy the LATEST/MOST NEW components since they are REALLY overpriced here (2x the US retail price), for example i wouldnt look for "skylake" but the one before it would be right.
What would you recommendation? the main use of this pc is gaming.
I would be keeping the PSU which is a cooler master silent pro gold 800w
Thanks and please give me the full name of the components so i dont make any mistake.

Only way to give advice here is to have some sort of pricing information. Pretty hard to throw parts out there without knowing if they are available and how much they cost.

Either you have to provide a place you are purchasing from, or a list of available components in your price range.

Current gen is 6th, using H110, B150, H170, Z170 motherboards. Support for DDR4 (1.2v) or DDR3L memory (1.3v)

Previous generation is 4th, using H81, B85, H87, Z97 motherboards. Support for DDR3 1.5-1.65 volt.

Hello. How much budget are you allocating for these parts individually? Haswell and skylake price tags are somewhat similar if you really look into it. If you are looking for a very budget oriented build, I would suggest you to go for:

CPU: I5 6500 (Best bang for the buck) / I5 6600K (Might be out of the equation since you would need a MOBO that is capable of overclocking it as well)
RAM: KINGSTON D4 PC2133
MOBO: ASUS H110M-K

I think this should pair with your gtx 1070 JUST fine without any issues as I am using the same specs but I have the g1 gigabyte 1060. Streaming, maxing games on ultra, video rendering, NO PROBLEM.

This is the lowest you can go to, as if you go any further, you will be running into bottleneck issues. It will not be that pricey if you can afford a gtx 1070 yourself so do not worry about it. Everything can be bought under 320$ with rebates (for me at least).
