Need new motherboard

Hi, i need a new motherboard, the main use of this pc is gaming, i dont care about looks at all i just want to be cool for a couple of years, i would like it to support ddr4 and the latest cpus but im not a oc enthusiast nor do i intend to use more than one graphics card at a time, i dont know if thats enough data. Although budget is not a problem i wouldnt like to spend a fortune just cause it looks nice or it comes with features that i wont be using. Thanks

For example i wasnt planning on doing any OC since i have never done it befor, but is it a good thing to do to timeproof? that would also affect the mother i would choose. Where i live the prices are between 50% and 100% (some components more than others) so its never just a few bucks between options.

Eh. Future proofing a motherboard isn't always the best investment. Unless you're really sure that you want to over clock, I'd skip it.
