Ask to use new flash utility
Where do I find this utility.

Just download and install the latest version at the Gigabyte support page for your model of motherboard. Have you tried that?

I had a look but cannot find the q-flash utility , all I found was the latest bios update F4 but as I mentioned the q-flash do not want to update and ask for the latest q-flash utility to, load the new bios update.
