I need to re-install Windows 7 on my rig but I have a question.

Most of my applications and games are stored on a separate hard drive while my OS is installed on a SSD. Will I need to reinstall all my software from the Mechanical HDD or will windows 7 on the SSD recognize them?

you have to reinstall as all the registry info will not be right. it not the location of the programs it the registry info that on the ssd. it going to be wiped out.
