Need of a new monitor

I'm building a new PC and I need a new monitor, can you give me some suggestions for a decent monitor for PC gaming that isn't that expensive?

The size can be 20 - 24 inches, and I play triple A titles like GTA and The Witcher 3, FPS titles like Battlefield 4 and a bunch of Indie games.

At that size you are really limited to 1080p. I recommend the Asus VG248QE 144Hz or getting a larger 1440p monitor otherwise that gpu is overkill
